Washington & Lee University Catering offers a variety of services to the campus and local community.
Located in Evans Hall, University Catering can accommodate groups of 5 to 500. Our personalized
 services are also available to off site locations. Versatile menu selections created by our Catering
Chef, Adam Bradberry, combined with distinctive service, will prove to make your event an unique

Event Booking

University Catering request a minimum of two weeks notice prior to an event. This notice allows ample time
for event preparation that will guarantee our best possible services. Members of the Washington and Lee
community are encouraged to schedule events as far in advance as possible to ensure calendar availability.
For additional information or event bookings, please call us or complete the "Event Request Form" located at
www.wlu.edu/diningservices.

 

Event Guarantee

University Catering realizes that unexpected circumstances may occur that require changes
to an event. We will make every effort to accommodate changes. However, we ask that any variations,
including number of guest, be confirmed with the Catering Director or Event Planning Manager
within 72 hours prior to the event.
(Additional charges may be incurred if charges in guest counts are not confirmed)
